Billie Louise Holloway, born on June 3, 1931, in Seymour, Texas, peacefully departed this life on December 7, 2025, in Bellville, Texas. A devoted homemaker, Billie personified love and dedication to her family and community throughout her life.

Billie graduated from Midland High School and married the love of her life, James “Jim” Holloway, on January 14, 1950, in Stanton, Texas. Together, they built a life filled with cherished memories and unconditional love. Billie was a proud member of the Bellville Methodist Church and actively participated in The Pink Ladies in Bryan, Texas, as well as the local Parent-Teacher Association. 

Her hobbies and interests included reading, baking, and playing Bridge, but her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren. She took immense pride in raising two of her grandsons, a testament to her nurturing spirit and commitment to family. 

Billie is survived by her sons and daughter in laws, Kyle and Peggy Holloway and Wade and Jeanne Holloway, sister-in-Law, Phyllis Blanton, and a vibrant legacy of family including her grandchildren: Dwayne and Jennifer Holloway, April and Evan Plyler, Shawn and Stephanie Holloway, Chad and Kayce Holloway, Cord and Asia Holloway Boyette, Tye and Denise Holloway, and Shelby and Jonathon Williams. She was also blessed with ten great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren, each of whom brought joy to her heart. 

Preceding Billie in death are her beloved husband, James “Jim” Holloway; her parents, Carl Darrell and Eula Bell (Fancher) Glaze; her brothers, Tommy Glaze and Wayne Glaze; as well as Charles “Ed” and Eva Holloway, her in-laws.

Pallbearers are Tye Holloway, Shawn Holloway, Chad Holloway, Lynton Holloway, Hunter Holloway, and Will Akard.
