Dale Curtis Harbor, beloved husband, father, son, and brother, passed away on July 30, 2026, in Sugar Land, Texas, at the age of 56. Born on February 11, 1970, in Los Angeles, California, Dale’s journey through life was one marked by dedication to family, commitment to his work, and a joy for life’s simple pleasures.

Growing up in Pacoima, California, Dale developed enduring values of hard work and steadfastness that shaped every aspect of his life. On December 9, 2000, he married NaTasha Harbor, in Colorado Springs, marking the beginning of a devoted partnership. Together they raised two sons, Quinn Harbor and Zachary Harbor, both of whom were a source of immense pride and joy.

Dale dedicated a significant portion of his professional career to the City of Stafford, where he held the role of Heavy Equipment Supervisor. In this capacity, he was known for his diligence, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex equipment and projects efficiently. Dale also spent time as a truck driver, a profession that allowed him to experience many parts of the region and provided stories he often shared with friends and family.

Family was always at the center of Dale’s heart. He is survived by his sons, Quinn and Zachary Harbor; his mother, Theresa Harbor; and his brothers, Cary Harbor, Ray Harbor, and Michael Harbor. Dale’s memory is cherished not only by these close family members but also by the wider circle of those fortunate enough to have known him.

He is reunited in rest with his father, Eugene Harbor, and three brothers, John Harper, Eddie Harbor, and Barry Harbor, who preceded him in death.

Beyond his professional and family life, Dale found happiness in numerous hobbies and interests. He was an enthusiastic fisherman, appreciated a good movie, enjoyed music, and was always ready to tend to the barbecue—combining his passions in the company of loved ones and friends.
