David Albert Kosclskie

David Albert Kosclskie, born February 27, 1942, in Gainesville, Florida, passed away on August 26, 2026, in Katy, Texas.

David grew up in Corpus Christi and built a life marked by steady work, faith, and devotion to those he loved. He was a farmer, and that calling reflected much about who he was: a funny, smart, hard-working man who valued honest labor and the simple, lasting rewards of caring for the land. He found joy in gardening, fishing, farming, and, above all, being with family.

One of the most treasured milestones of his life was marrying his bride, Barbara, on January 20, 1964. Their marriage stood as a central part of his life and a lasting source of love and companionship.

David also served others faithfully as a deacon in his church for many years. His commitment to service was an important expression of his character and his care for his community.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Kosclskie; his daughter, Micah Kosclskie; his son, Albert Kosclskie, and Laura Kosclskie; his sister, Isabel Knostman, and Fred Knostman; and his grandson, Blake Kosclskie. He will be deeply missed by his family, who knew his humor, his strength, and the love he showed in the time he spent with them.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Kosclskie, and his mother, Grace Kosclskie. David Albert Kosclskie will be remembered for his faithful service, his strong work ethic, his quick mind, and the warmth he brought to his family and those around him. His life leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and quiet strength.
