Felizitas Del Valle "Ofi" Cave, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Bellville, Texas, on July 26, 2026, at the age of 85.
Born on July 8, 1941, Felizitas was the cherished daughter of Felix and Rita Del Valle. She grew up in Houston, Texas, where her close-knit family instilled in her the values of kindness, devotion, and warmth that she would come to embody throughout her long and meaningful life. She was a dedicated employee with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, retiring after 35 years of service, later moving to Bellville, where she continued to nurture her love for family, community, and tradition.
On November 20, 1992, Felizitas married Jack Cave, Jr. in Houston, beginning a new chapter that was marked by enduring love and partnership. Together, they built a strong and loving home, welcoming children and grandchildren, and opening their hearts and doors to friends and kin alike.

She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Felix and Rita Del Valle; her brothers, Johnny and Joe Del Valle; and her sister, Francis Del Valle.
A woman of many interests, Felizitas found great joy in gardening and was known to cultivate beauty wherever she lived. Her passion for collecting tea, teapots, and dolls filled her home with cherished treasures and fascinating stories. She delighted in watching old westerns and Mexican movies and was a lifelong fan of Elvis. Antiquing was another favorite pastime, through which she discovered joy in the history and memories found within every object.
