Gregg Edward Carrig "Ed"

Gregg Edward Carrig, known to family and friends as "Ed," passed away on August 17, 2026, in San Felipe, Texas. He was born on March 4, 1949, in Los Angeles, California, and throughout his 77 years, Gregg touched the lives of many with dignity, kindness, and a steadfast heart.

Gregg's journey began in Los Angeles, where he was welcomed into the world by his parents, Gregg Edward Carrig and Grace Carrig, both of whom preceded him in death. Growing up, he embraced the values instilled by his family, values he carried through every stage of his life.

He is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Sherril Carrig, whose partnership and companionship proved to be a source of great strength and joy throughout the years. In addition to his beloved wife, Gregg is survived by his brothers, Jerry May and Bob May, each of whom shared many treasured memories with him.
