Peggy Jean (Everett) Calvert, born on August 15, 1953, in Kaufman, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2025, in Bellville, Texas. She was a beloved figure who touched the lives of many through her warmth and dedication. A proud graduate of Mesquite High School, Peggy spent over 22 years making a profound impact as a cherished member of the Bellville Independent School District. Her contagious smile and kind personality were hallmarks of her character, making her a wonderful friend and colleague to so many. Peggy loved being outdoors, embracing life with enthusiasm. She enjoyed hunting, cook-offs, and trail rides, and she had a passion for traveling that took her to numerous destinations. Her adventurous spirit was as notable as her generous heart, making her a source of joy for all who had the privilege to know her. Peggy is survived by her loving sons, Bryant (April) Morris of Mabank, Todd (Jacinda) McGibboney of Elmo, Jeffery (Jessica) Earnheart of Bellville, and Dakota Coke of Bellville. Her legacy will continue through her grandchildren, Emma, William, Landon, Kailey, Jayden, Rebecca, Amayah, and MJ, who were the light of her life. She is also survived by her sister, Jimmie (Mike) Coke of Kemp and their three daughters. Peggy was predeceased by her husband, Robert Calvert, her parents, Jimmy and Ethel Johnson Everett, and her brother, Jerry Everett. The memories of Peggy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, as they cherish the moments spent with her and honor her remarkable spirit. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
