He married the love of his life, Beatriz Landaverde, on May 5, 2012, in Hempstead, and together they created a nurturing and loving home for their four sons: Isaiah, Ivan, Gael, and Matias. His loving grandmother, Florencia Rocha, also survives him. Rigoberto's nurturing spirit extended to his extended family, including his cousin, Adriana (Jose) Olvera, and his best friend, Silvestre (Sandra) Vasquez. He will be remembered by his Godchildren, Yeraldin and Daniel Caracheo, Victoria Rivera, Victor and Jessica Padilla, Abraham and Brisia Hernandez, and Emily Elizabeth Arreola, and special friends, Teresa and Carlos Hernandez, whose companionship enriched his life.
