Terry Wayne Moore, affectionately known as "Buzzy," was born on September 15, 1963, in Spring Branch, Texas. He departed this life unexpectedly on November 19, 2025, in Sealy, Texas, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and dedication. Terry devoted over 40 years of his life to his career as a mechanic, an occupation that not only showcased his remarkable skills but also his passion for working with his hands. Known for his outgoing and funny personality, Terry was cherished by those who knew him, often bringing joy and warmth into every room he entered. On April 28, 2017, in Pattison, Texas, Terry united in marriage with Angel Denise Roark, forming a bond that was one of deep love and companionship. Together, they shared moments filled with adventure and laughter.
Terry was a proud father to three sons: Terry James "T.J." Moore, Christopher "Chris" and wife, Robyn Moore, and Scott Moore. His life was further enriched by the joy of being a grandfather to Shyanne “Shy” Moore, Christopher “Bub” Moore. He valued family above all, and his impact on their lives will be felt for generations. He is survived by his parents, Terry Carroll and Dorothy Yvonne "Squeaky" Moore, and his sisters, Debbie Moore and Emily, and husband Brian Helms.
The love and support of his family were central to his life, providing him with strength and comfort throughout his journey. Terry's hobbies included hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and searching for artifacts, showcasing his adventurous spirit and appreciation for the great outdoors. His passion for these activities reflected his zest for life and his love for exploration.
Terry is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, JB and Hazel Moore, and his maternal grandparents, Walter Vernon and Frankie Moon.
Terry Wayne Moore will be remembered fondly for his humor, love for his family, and the many lives he touched during his time with us. His spirit will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
